Dubai: The Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MRHE) has announced the start of preparations to organize the 3rd edition of Housing, Building Materials, Decoration& Engineering Consultancy Exhibition “DecoBuild 2019”, which will be held at Elbait Metwahid, Al Warqa 4, Dubai from 6 to 9 November.

“DecoBuild 2019” Exhibition, which is organized for the third consecutive year, will be witnessing broad participation of governmental entities, especially exhibitors, manufacturers, contractors, and experts of the construction sector, which is witnessing an incremental growth in light of the construction boom in the UAE.

The exhibition is one of MRHE’s initiatives to achieve residential stability as part of its endeavor to delight citizens and improve their quality of life.

This year’s edition will be held under the sponsorship of Dubai Municipality, Sheikh Zayed Housing Program, the Department of Economic Development (DED), Sharjah Municipality, the Department of Housing Sharjah and UAE Society of Engineers.

Building on the Success

Mohammad Ahmad Borahima, Assistant CEO of Engineering Sector, MRHE, said: “Organizing “DecoBuild 2019” Exhibition for the third year in a row is to build on the successes achieved in the previous two editions, in terms of bringing together institutions of housing and building materials companies, decoration and engineering consultancy under one roof to provide the latest of its systems, products, and

solutions. This would help reduce construction costs for citizens seeking to build their own housing.”

Borahima shed light on MRHE’s keenness to translate the wise vision and guidance of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai into developing the housing system for UAE nationals, providing the requirements of modern life and achieving prosperity.

“The exhibition comes also in line MRHE’s vision in terms of implementing innovative, diverse and accessible housing programs and initiatives, so as to achieve a balance between high quality and sustainability, led by distinctive and creative human talent and intelligent systems,” added Borahima.

He stated that the time of organizing this year’s edition of “DecoBuild 2019” Exhibition coincides with the countdown of “Expo 2020”, which contributed to raising the demand for construction materials in the UAE market, by rates ranging between 10 and 20% this year, compared to the volume of demand over the past year.

This will make the exhibition an ideal platform for entrepreneurs, contractors and construction professionals, as it will provide them with a wide range of options in the engineering consultancy field and the latest innovations in building materials, decoration, and interior finishes as well as furniture and all the requirements of the modern home in one trade event.

Moreover, “DecoBuild 2019” Exhibition will also provide exhibitors with the opportunity to meet with visitors seeking to build their residential and commercial projects, sign contracts, expand the scope of works and sources to provide all the needs of projects and learn about the latest innovations and meet with financiers.
