Dubai, UAE: Leading local, regional and global organisations will participate in the 21st Water, Energy, Technology and Environment Exhibition (WETEX 2019). Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) organises WETEX 2019, under the umbrella of the sixth Green Week and the directives of HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and under the patronage of HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Minister of Finance and President of DEWA. These organisations will highlight their innovative products and solutions to tackle the challenges in these sectors and shape the future of energy around the world. The 21st WETEX is taking place from 21-23 October 2019 at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre.

HE Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, MD & CEO of DEWA and Founder and Chairman of WETEX expressed his happiness at the growing participation of leading companies and organisations in the exhibition year after year. The exhibition is an ideal platform that attracts the largest international companies in energy, water and environment sectors. During its participation at WETEX 2019, Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation (Empower), the world’s largest district cooling system provider in the world, will display a model of its Jumeirah Village Circle plant. This is the world’s first unmanned and fully automated district cooling plant. The company will also show its latest technologies used in the plant.

Gulf Eternit’s participation in WETEX 2019 comes in line with its vision to ‘deliver water and energy to the world in the most efficient and sustainable way’. It will highlight its Valve Chamber, Water Well, Testable Double Bell Coupler, 3 Degree Double Bell Coupler with 2 spigot pipes and reKA sealed lock Joint (reKAslJ)- and Glass Reinforced Epoxy.

Projection House

Projection House, which is participating at WETEX for the first time, is displaying projection technology, pixel LEDs in the shape of panels, interactive panels with capacitive touch and audio systems.

German company SUMA is a leading provider of agitators and submersible mixers for liquid management in farming, steel and concrete tanks, lagoons and containers common in biogas plants, and industry and wastewater management. It is showcasing its newly developed Compact Submersible Mixer Optimix 2A at WETEX 2019 – the latest product as part of the company’s expansion of its extensive submersible motor range.

RAY International

RAY International is highlighting two new technologies at WETEX 2019: NOJA Power’s VISI SWITCH – an enclosed three-phase load break switches. The switchers isolate feeding units sections for maintenance operations so that work can be conducted safely. They will also highlight NOJA Power GMK – a panel fitted with a ground switch that serves as a circuit breaker to separate the underground network from overhead network.
