Dubai, UAE:  Aviv Clinics, a world-leading Dubai clinic designed to boost physical and cognitive performance, is proud to partner with Dubai Fitness Challenge by offering exciting opportunities for people to be active and improve their health.

Aviv is supporting the citywide initiative by encouraging residents to perform 30 minutes of exercise every day for 30 days.

On November 23, Aviv Clinic will be offering a unique circuit session at its state-of-the-art facility in JLT. These sessions are designed by Aviv’s expert team to test a person’s physical & cognitive performance, while some of the assessments involve those two aspects simultaneously. This dual tasking enables to push cognitive performance to the limit, thus, optimally improving memory, focus, attention span and decision-making abilities.

Aviv is also supporting Dubai Fitness Challenge by operating bodyweight training sessions at the hugely popular Kite Beach Fitness Village. Designed to empower women, the W-Fit hub by Aviv is free to join and is again specifically created to enhance both cognitive and physical performance. Registrations are open until November 27th.

Mike Frayne, CEO at Aviv, is delighted to be associated with Dubai Fitness Challenge this year. “The Dubai Fitness Challenge is such a great idea that inspires people to be active. Research has shown that training does not only improve physical capacity, but also effects how the brain is functioning. We are delighted to be part of this ecosystem that motivates people to practice 30 minutes of exercise a day, which is something we at Aviv truly believe can make our city a happier place to live.”

“We are pleased to offer residents and visitors a chance to experience some aspects of our cutting-edge medical program, one that ties brain performance and physical performance together” he added.
