Cairo : Geely Auto Egypt - Abou Ghaly Motors has signed cooperation agreements with a large group of authorized dealers to provide comprehensive services to Geely customers in the Egyptian market. The network includes 24 showrooms and 11 service centers covering different parts of the country. Mr. Maher Abou Ghaly, Chairman of Abou Ghaly Motors, Eng. Mohamed Abou Ghaly, Member of the Board of Directors of Abou Ghaly Motors, Eng. Tamer Kotb, Commercial Director of Abou Ghaly Motors, Mr. Ahmed Abdel Ghany, General Manager of Geely Auto Egypt – Abou Ghaly Motors, Mr. Liu Shubin, General Manager of Geely Auto Africa and Mr. Chen Chao, Regional Manager of Geely Auto attended the signing ceremonies.
On this occasion, Eng. Tamer Kotb, said, “We aim to establish a comprehensive network of dealers that would fulfill the needs of Geely Auto clients in the different governorates across Egypt. While choosing the dealers, we carefully took into consideration the geographical coverage of our network. We also carried out several studies and assessments to guarantee offering the highest levels of quality.”
Kotb added, “We are getting ready to launch unprecedented Geely models in Egypt, ones that provide the highest levels of performance, advanced safety features, and new technologies developed by Geely Auto. That is why we are keen to establish a strong, comprehensive network of showrooms and service centers to make sure that Geely Auto clients get a distinctive experience.”
Abou Ghaly Motors Commercial Director noted, “We provide an infrastructure that enhances the customer experience through a variety of digital platforms that enable clients to receive all their needed services easily and quickly. These services also include the ability to obtain financing to purchase Geely Auto models through Abou Ghaly Finance.”
From his side, Mr. Liu Shubin, said, “Aftersales services are among the most important strengths of Geely Auto around the world. We give special attention to all the details involved in the various services we offer our clients. This includes providing vehicles with the highest levels of performance, safety, and leisure; equal to the European standards, and even exceeding these standards. Among the key elements of our success is ensuring the availability of original spare parts, in addition to providing comprehensive technical trainings that guarantee the highest levels of quality.
Shubin added, “The Egyptian automotive market is among the most important in the region with a continuous increase in demand for cars that serve the needs of clients in terms of distinctive experience and outstanding performance.
