In his spare time Kifah lives a healthy lifestyle, playing sports, keeping fit and has even completed a marathon. Kifah devotes a large part of his private life to his loved ones and enjoys nothing more than family meals together cooking healthy Mediterranean cuisine, using homegrown ingredients, supporting the ‘farm to table’ movement – a culinary concept he is launching at Andaz Dubai The Palm.
