* Qatar Petroleum offered five cargoes of al-Shaheen crude to load in March in its monthly spot tender, up from two cargoes a month ago, a tender document reviewed by Reuters showed on Friday
* The cargoes of 500,000-600,000 barrels each will load on March 8-9, March 23-24, March 26-27, March 28-29, March 29-30
* The tender closes on Jan. 15 with bids valid until a day later
