ArabFinance: The Egyptian Satellites (NileSat) (EGSA) announced the distribution date of the cash dividends of $0.55 per share, according to a statement sent to the Egyptian exchange.

The company stated that the dividend will be payable on April 12th to the shareholders recorded on April 7th.

NileSat’s ordinary general meeting decided to distribute $20.53 million or 11% of the company’s capital for 2019. It posted profits of $42,531,276 in 2019 down from $53,466,878 a year earlier.

Established in 1998, NileSat operates within the media sector focusing on Cable and Satellite.
