MADINAH: The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah announced on Wednesday the opening of two new Inaya (care) centers in Madinah. The centers will contribute to one of the most important goals of Saudi Vision 2030: To improve the quality of services provided to pilgrims.

The two new centers are located in Al-Baqi’ and at Prince Mohammed bin Abdul Aziz International Airport and will provide a one-stop shop of more than 30 services for pilgrims and for companies providing Hajj or Umrah packages.

Pilgrims will be able to complete all the necessary paperwork in the centers through self-service devices or with the help of Inaya employees — who speak multiple languages. Pilgrims’ data can also be accessed through their fingerprints in cooperation with the Directorate General of Passports in Madinah.

So far, four Inaya centers have been launched in Makkah and Madinah under the patronage of Minister of Hajj and Umrah Dr. Mohammed Saleh bin Taher Benten.
