Decision to allow health workers to watch Bahrain F1 praised

Number of Team Bahrain’s frontline health workers and first responders and their families allocated spectator places


Supreme Council for Health president Lieutenant General Dr Shaikh Mohammed bin Abdulla Al Khalifa praised the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince Prime Minister, to allocate spectator places to a number of Team Bahrain’s frontline health workers and first responders and their families, at the Formula 1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix and the Formula 1 Rolex Sakhir Grand Prix, in appreciation of their tireless efforts in supporting the kingdom’s national response to Covid-19. 

Dr Shaikh Mohammed, also head of the National Taskforce for Combating Covid-19, thanked the Crown Prince Prime Minister for his initiative which recognises frontliners’ tireless contributions and service to the nation to protect citizens and residents’ health.
