Bahrain yesterday registered 644 new cases of Covid-19 alongside 806 recoveries and three fatalities.

Two men – a 50-year-old Bahraini and a 56-year-old expatriate – and an expatriate woman, 32, died yesterday, taking the total deaths to 452. 

Of the new cases, 255 were expat workers, 379 contacts of active cases and 10 travel-related. 

An additional 806 people recovered, taking the total recoveries to 115,895. Of the 6,692 active cases, 108 are receiving treatment and 62 in critical condition. 

Bahrain has so far registered a total of 123,038 cases. The kingdom has also conducted 3,107,719 tests.
