931 new COVID-19 cases, 10 fatalities registered in Bahrain

MANAMA: Bahrain yesterday recorded 931 new Covid-19 cases alongside 2,149 recoveries and 10 fatalities. Yesterday’s deaths bring the total fatalities to 1,206.

The Health Ministry said that of the new cases, 374 were expat workers, 555 contacts of local cases and two travel-related.

An additional 2,149 people recovered, taking the total recoveries to 242,678.

Of the 13,968 active cases, 359 are receiving treatment and 307 in critical condition.

Bahrain has so far registered a total of 257,852 cases.

The kingdom has conducted 4,803,752 virus tests.
