HANOI - Vietnam will suspend all inbound commercial flights after it detected its first COVID-19 outbreak in nearly three months, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc said on Tuesday.

Phuc said inbound evacuation flights can continue but anyone coming in will still have to go into 14 days of quarantine.
