Cairo: Egypt’s government has finished a draft law to grant residence to foreigners in return for purchasing a property, the country’s prime minister said on Sunday.

The bill has been submitted to the Egyptian parliament to be discussed and voted on, Mostafa Madbouly added during the fifth session of the ‘Builders of Egypt’ forum.

The real estate sector has always been contributing significantly to increasing the country’s domestic product and creating job opportunities, he affirmed.
