The Ministry of Human resources and Emiratization has launched a new initiative 'Early Leave', which allows expats to get early or unpaid leave to return home during the implementation of the precautionary measures.

The ministry added that either taking unpaid or early leave, the workers in private sectors must get approval from their managers or authorised directors at their workplace.

The decision comes as a step within the humanitarian decisions the leadership has been taking to support people who want to return to their home countries during the current situation.
