Dubai - The Lootah Real Estate Development, a Dubai based high-end developer, has been awarded one of highest accolades in the property industry from the Africa and Arabia International Property Awards Summit. The award distribution ceremony was held in Dubai on 22nd September 2016.
The company won the Highly Commended Interior Design Award for their project Shamal Residences at Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai. Lootah Real Estate Development was selected among 400 companies. Winners have competed against companies from Europe, Asia Pacific, the Americas, Africa, Arabia, and the UK to become the ‘World’s Best’ in their field.
The International Property Awards are judged by an independent panel of 70 industry experts, focusing on design and quality. The Awards are in their 21st year that received over 400 entries from 61 countries for Interior Design.
