DubaiNakheel has announced that it was in the process of assessing 11 bids for the construction of Dragon Towers, a twin-building residential complex located at its Dragon City community in Dubai.

Dragon Towers comprises 1,142 one- and two-bedroom apartments spread across two buildings, linking the Dragon Mart retail and trading hub.

The project will be offered for sale in the fourth quarter of 2018, according to a company statement released on Wednesday.

With the lowest bid under AED 650 million, the Emirati developer will award the project in Q3-18, and complete its construction in Q2-2021.

Earlier in June, Nakheel revealed that about 80% of construction at its the AED 169 million Dragon City expansion project has been completed.
