Riyadh –  A total of 15 residential projects are currently being executed in Makkah region in partnership with the private sector, assistant of deputy housing minister for technical affairs, Abdullah Alhammad, said on Monday.

The residential projects provide more than 150,000 units, along with other residential options, Alhammad added during Sakani Expo 2019.

The kingdom’s housing ministry plans to develop over 65 million square metres of lands in Makkah for establishing above 47 projects, he noted.

In addition, the Saudi housing minister launched 63 projects to provide nearly 120,000 residential units in partnership with the private sector, advisor to the minister of housing, Mamdouh Al Sharhan, said.
