Riyadh –  Madinah Regional Municipality offered a fast food restaurant investment opportunity in King Abdullah Ibn Abdul Aziz Road (second ring road) through the municipal investment gate (FURAS), state-run Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Monday.

The investor/s will build, manage, and operate a traditional restaurant spanning 5,127 square metres with a construction percentage of up to 60% for 15 years.

The project aims to activate the economic movement in the area, offer entrepreneurs an opportunity to participate in investment projects while providing multiple choices to Madinah residents and visitors.
