KUWAIT - Crude oil production, exportation and supplying the domestic market with fuel have been continuing regularly in aftermath of the latest torrential rainfall, said the official spokesman of the oil sector, Sheikh Talal Al-Khaled Al-Sabah, on Thursday.

In remarks to KUNA, Sheikh Talal said that the emergency state in the oil sector is proceeding, with the emergency teams working round the clock in coordination with the emergency chambers and the crises management as well as other government departments and apparatuses.

The oil sector continues supporting other government departments, with presence of representatives at the emergency commission of the civil defense for sake of presenting resources and equipment. He confirmed that Minister of Oil Bakheet Al-Rashidi visited earlier today a number of installations run by the Kuwait National Petroleum Company and the contingency center at Kuwait Oil Company.
