LONDON - Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC) signed new contracts with Asian countries to export 120,000 barrels of oil per day to them, said Deputy Managing Director of the Corporation. Sheikh Khalid Sabah said Tuesday.

Speaking to KUNA on the sidelines of the KNPC annual celebration here, Aheikh Khaled appreciated the efforts made by the staff of the marketing sector of the corporation to conclude these deals.

The marketing sector exert huge efforts to seize the investment opportunities on the global market amid fierce competition, he added.
Sheikh Khaled welcomed the large number of celebrities in attendance at the celebration saying that their presence signals the deep trust in the corporation.
