KFH’s followers on online platforms amount to one million

Mubasher: Kuwait Finance House (KFH) has entered into a strategic partnership with LinkedIn to promote its presence on the professional social network.

The partnership will enable KFH to utilise the network’s large-scale suite of benefits, including an easy job search and an effective CV screening process, hence, contributing to the talent acquisition efforts made by the bank, according to a press release on Sunday.

The deal was signed at LinkedIn Middle East’s office in Dubai by senior officials from both parties.

Moreover, KFH’s followers on online platforms amount to one million of which youth constitute 70%. This testifies the effectiveness of the Kuwaiti bank’s strategy to interact with customers through social media channels and spots light on the valuable content it provides for different segments of society.

It is worthy to note that KFH finds it invaluable to invest in social media platforms to foster its relations with customers while improving the quality of customer service.
