Bahrain -CBRE, one of the largest commercial real estate services companies, has announced the first tenant agreements at Ain 520, the new boutique retail, F&B and leisure development on Budaiya Highway which is set to become one of the country’s popular lifestyle destinations.
 
As per the deal, it will lease and manage the property, which will offer over 5,000 sq m across 14 stand-alone units and also provide an appealing, green environment for customers - inspired by art and nature.
 
According to CBRE, the project is currently pre-leasing and is expected to soft launch in early 2021.
 
Three more restaurants are also committed and commencing fit out works, including Café Arabica, an international restaurant and Petit Café, a Lebanese eatery – all of which will accommodate shisha lounges, it stated.
 
Ain 520 provides space for: dine in restaurants with outdoor seating, convenience focused drive throughs, retailers, wellness and beauty centres and other uses. There is ample general parking and unit side bays for direct access, it added.
 
CBRE’s Senior Director and General Manager Richard Botham said: "We are delighted to announce that the first four key operators have committed to lease space at Ain 520 which includes a Starbucks Drive Thru."
 
"This demonstrates confidence in the project and in the sustainability of, particularly, neighbourhood retail and F&B. Ain 520 offers something different with its organic development from residential compound to restaurant complex with free-flowing landscaping," remarked Botham.
