MANAMA: Diyar Al Muharraq will be showcasing various projects including Al Bareh and Al Naseem at the Gulf Property Show 2019 which starts tomorrow.

The Northern Gulf’s ‘Window to Real Estate’ is the boutique annual showcase held under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa from April 23 to 25 at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre.

Diyar Al Muharraq chief executive Dr Maher Al Shaer commented, “We are proud to be strategic partners of the Gulf Property Show, one of the most prestigious property shows. In this year’s edition, we will be showcasing our various offerings, highlighting Al Bareh residential plots and the independent residential community Al Naseem, emphasising the many investment opportunities for both individuals and corporate investors.”

Situated on the west side of Diyar Al Muharraq, Al Bareh offers views of the seafront and the main canal. Available as freehold, Al Bareh will encompass an array of community facilities and outdoor spaces.

An independent residential community, Al Naseem is a ‘waterfront oasis’ situated in the heart of Diyar Al Muharraq.

Offering waterfront views overlooking outer and inner canals which flow throughout the area, the project provides residents a “lifestyle of extravagance and tranquility”.

Also showcasing at the Gulf Property Show are the Jeewan Villas, as part of the Deerat Al Oyoun project under the umbrella of the Mazaya Housing Programme, which was developed to provide Bahraini families with quality affordable housing.

The Gulf Property Show focuses on highlighting present and future developments in Bahrain and the Northern Gulf, whilst providing the opportunity to promote Bahrain’s property assets as well as regional and international opportunities for investors in commercial and residential real estate.
