MANAMA: Batelco is enhancing Internet packages for home users with higher speeds and higher usage thresholds at the same monthly rental rates.

The changes are based on customers’ feedback and to meet their varying and evolving needs, it said.

With the upgrades, users will get faster download of movies, higher quality video streaming and broadcasting, and uninterrupted gaming experiences, said Batelco.

Batelco’s consumer division general manager Maha Abdulrahman said, “Batelco continuously reviews its packages in line with its customers’ needs and has introduced these upgrades at affordable costs to suit various budgets and requirements. This is part of our efforts to provide the best Internet services in the kingdom with exceptional features.”

Customers, who are subscribed to packages which have been revised, will be automatically upgraded starting this month and will benefit from the new features at no extra charge.
