Amer Group launches Capri Sokhna project with investment of $51mln

Egypt - Amer Group (AMER) has launched Capri Sokhna project on a land of 74,000 square meters with a total investment of EGP 800 million, according to Amwal Alghad.

The first phase of the project has been offered, which encompassing 50 units with sales of EGP 70 million. The project consists of 865 units.

Amer Group posted a consolidated net profit of EGP 105.837 million in quarter one of 2021.

On April 22nd, the company announced Muhammad Rifat as the new CEO and managing director of the company.

Amer Group is engaged in diversified industry sectors, with its operations being structured into many segments, namely real estate, restaurant, hotel, malls, retail, among others.

Other activities include the provision of touristic boats, investment and marketing, and real estate maintenance services.
