UAE –  Bloom Holding, a leading company based in Abu Dhabi, announced it has appointed Jeremy Lester as its new acting CEO.

Lester will replace the company’s former CEO Sameh Muhtadi who decided to step down, according to a press release.

Bloom Holding commented: “Jeremy Lester’s track record of delivery, wide sector experience and deep understanding of the region make him exceptionally well-placed to steer the company’s future direction. His dynamic approach and knowledge of the real estate development industry in the UAE will enable Bloom Holding to maximise its potential for future growth.”

“We would like to extend our appreciation and thank the previous CEO, Sameh Muhtadi for his contribution to our business over the past five years,” the company said.

Lester, who held senior positions with Emaar International as CEO and lead JLL for over a decade, will be assigned operations across all Bloom Holding companies in the sectors of real estate, education, hospitality and lease, and facilities management services.
