SHARJAH, 20th June 2017 (WAM) - Sharjah Executive Council, SEC, has adopted 400 residential and investment lands in the Emirate of Sharjah, as part of the directives of H.H. Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, aimed in ensuring a decent life for its citizens.

Khalid bin Butti Al Muhairi, Chairman of the Planning and Surveying Department, thanked H.H. Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohamed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, and H.H. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah for adopting the land for citizens and supporting the process of construction and reconstruction.

He explained that the total number of eligible beneficiaries was 400, representing the third batch of 2017, with 595 lands distributed in the first phase and 330 lands in the second phase, distributed to Sharjah City, Al Hamriya City, Central Region and Eastern Region, the current phase is divided into 94 residential lands, 150 commercial lands and 156 lands for industrial projects.
