China's Xi Jinping has vowed to work with Finland to solve problems facing the two countries, state media outlet Xinhua reported Friday.
In a message, Xi congratulated Finnish president-elect Alexander Stubb for his election win and said China was willing to work with Finland to deal with "global challenges", according to Xinhua. (Reporting by Andrew Silver; Editing by Himani Sarkar)
