Sharjah-based Alef Group announced on Sunday the completion of Phase One of Al Mamsha project, with the handover of residential and retail units to begin this June.
 
Phase One comprises of seven buildings incorporating 693 residential units and 41 retail stores, the developer said in a press statement.
 
In March, Alef had announced the start of construction work on Phase 3, which comprises of 612 residential units and 1,852 sqm of retail space across six buildings.
 
Phase II consists of more than 900 housing units across eight buildings.
 
The 3-billion UAE dirham ($817 million) Al Mamsha project is Sharjah’s first fully walkable community with sidewalks and walkways conecting the community's 15 buildings housing 1,193 residential units and 88 shops.
