Egypt's Dahab Development has launched Iconic Trinity Complex (ITC) mall project, its first project in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), at an investment of 500 million Egyptian pounds ($32 million).

Chairman Nader Adeeb Moawad said the 9-storey building will span an area of 11,700 square metres (sqm) and will include parking facility over an area of 16,000 sqm that can accommodate 600 cars.

He said the mall is scheduled to start operations in the fourth quarter of 2022.

Moawad said Dahab has contracted YBA [Yasser Al Beltagy Architects] as the general consultant for the project.

The company is targeting LEED silver certification for the mall, he added.
