Dubai-based Samana Developers announced on Tuesday the launch of three new health-themed residential projects worth a combined 405 million UAE dirhams ($110 million). 

The three projects, 130-million-dirham ($35 million) Samana Park Views, 165-million-dirham ($45 million) Samana Waves, and 110-million- dirham ($30 million) Samana Golf Avenue-II – are located in Arjan, Jumeirah Village Circle and Dubai Studio City respectively, the developer said in a press statement. 

The company had started the handover of 75-million-dirham ($20 million) Samana Greens project in the first quarter and completed the superstructure of its 110 million dirham ($30 million) Samana Hills project.  

The first project to start sales early next month would be the 6-storey Samana Park Views, which will house 176 studio, one, two-bedroom apartments.  

The statement quoted Chief Executive Officer Imran Farooq as saying that company’s resilience during the pandemic has paid off while the Expo 2020, the economic reforms, the new visa regime and successful handling of the pandemic with vaccine drive across the country has created a positive outlook for its projects. 

“Affordable prices for our luxury resort style features play a key role in making it possible to attract attention [for the company’s properties]” said Farooq. 

The health-themed features of the Samana Park Views project, according to the press statement, include leisure decks with main swimming pool, water features, yoga zone, green areas, indoor and outdoor gyms, and a health club.  

Samana Park Views is scheduled for handed over in the second quarter of 2024.  

The 100-million-dirham ($27 million) Samana Golf Avenue-I project at Dubai Studio City is scheduled for handover in the first quarter of 2023, the statement said.
