Air Products Qudra, the development and investment arm of US-based Air Products in the Middle East, has signed an agreement with ENOWA, NEOM’s Energy, Water and Hydrogen subsidiary, to build, own and operate (BOO) NEOM’s first hydrogen fueling station.

The initiative will help to decarbonise heavy modes of transport in NEOM, covering buses and heavy-duty trucks by providing critical infrastructure for NEOM’s sustainability goals.

The groundwork for the hydrogen fueling station is scheduled to commence in the second half of 2023.

Air Products Qudra is a joint venture of Air Products and Qudra Energy, a subsidiary of Saudi-based Vision Invest.
