Kuwait; 12 May, 2013: In line with its commitment to train and develop the next generation of youth leaders, Warba Bank recently hosted a group of students from the Australian College of Kuwait (ACK). During a field visit along with college supervisors, students were given a tour of the call centre and learned about the significant role it plays in serving customers.

ACK has chosen Warba Bank as a certified destination for its students as its call centre has highly qualified and experienced officers, able to teach ACK trainees about the latest developments in the industry.

Commenting on the visit, Ahmed Al Bukhari, Call Centre Manager - Retail Banking Group, said: "We are pleased to welcome this group of students from the Australian College of Kuwait., which brings the total number of students that we have proudly hosted to more than 130 till date. During their visit they expressed great interest in the products and services offered by the bank, especially the recently launched 'Voice Recognition' service. Students also learned about the other unique international standard communication facilities and skills applied by the call center."

Al Bukhari added: "Reflecting the bank's goal to contribute towards building a successful society and a promising future, Warba Bank continually seeks to build relationships with leading educational institutions in Kuwait."

Concluding Al Bukhari added: "Since the establishment of the bank and call centre, the call centre receives considerable attention from the management of the bank. This attributes towards the application of latest technologies which follows the international standards in the working system along with the bank's strategic plans to develop the expertise of staff in the area of quality ​​customer service."

Warba Bank has added Voice Recognition capability to its telebanking service 182-5555. Warba is among the first banks in the country to offer this service in Arabic and English, which enables customers to conduct banking transactions using voice commands. Customers can call the Warba Bank call center to find out more about the Bank's latest products and services, in addition to receiving information on their balance and deposits, customers can also apply for new accounts, credit cards or personal finance (Murabaha), or even register in the short messages Service (SMS) for free.
