UniMarine Technical Services (UTS), one of the leading engineering services providers in the GCC region and part of Union Investments, has revealed that it has been awarded with the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) stamp of approval for several of its offered services. After undergoing a rigorous process, the company has received the 'U' Stamp certification for fabrication of pressured vessels; the 'R' Stamp certification for the repair of pressured vessels and the 'PP' stamp certification for power piping services. The ASME certification is considered to be a hallmark of acceptance and standardization and ensures that these stamped items conform to the set standards and guidelines of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code (BPVC).
