UAE's Graphic Arts community converges at Xerox's "Art of Digital Printing" event

Company launches DocuColor 250, high-end multifunction colour machine; event attended by over 100 decision makers from the industry;

Dubai, June 15^th, 2006- Xerox Emirates recently hosted the 'Art of Digital Printing' event, especially for advertising and design firms in the UAE. Aimed at educating graphic arts professionals on new creative applications in digital colour printing, the event saw participation from over 100 decision makers from key companies in the country. Furthermore, at the event XEROX launched its colour-intensive production machine, the DocuColor250, a two-colour multifunction system with superior image quality and advanced features to quickly enable companies to produce high-end colour print jobs as well as everyday business documents. 

The event featured presentations from Xerox's business and technical experts. Andrew Hurt, General Manager for XEROX Emirates spoke about strengthening XEROX's leadership position in digital colour printing and the company's commitment to pursue colour innovation to rapidly introduce colour products, such as the DocuColor 250, in the market. Chris Lynch, Business and Marketing Manager for Production Systems, XEROX Middle East and Africa also spoke on the diverse ways in which advertising and design firms could profit from the company's industry-leading colour printing portfolio to develop creative applications that accelerate their performance and deliver improved results.
