Dubai - 16 August 2008: Tiger Properties, one of the region's oldest developers, has commenced construction on the 51st floor of the Marina Pinnacle Tower, a 1.400.000 square foot tower, strategically situated in the Dubai Marina, following the completion of 50 floors on schedule.
A state-of-the-art tower, Marina Pinnacle comprises 71 storeys, including 4 parking levels, ground level, one fully equipped health and fitness level, 3 services levels and 58 residential levels, in addition to top notch retail facilities.
Mr. Taha Mohammed, Chief Executive Officer of Tiger Properties, a member of the Tiger Group, said of the project's progress, "We have completed the first 50 storeys of the Marina Pinnacle Tower to the highest of standards, as dictated by Tiger's policy of commitment to quality in all of its property projects. The remaining construction work on the Marina Pinnacle is moving along on-schedule and is expected to go off without incident".

Last week saw the leading property developer gearing up to hand over keys to units at the prestigious Lake City Towers. The 40-storey towers, strategically situated on Jumeirah Lake, and near the almost-completed Metro Station, comprises 4 parking levels, one fitness and health club level, 1 service level, retail facilities at ground level and 32 residential levels in addition to 3 storeys of commercial space.
