Dubai, United Arab Emirates: Global premier mobile phone brand TECNO Mobile unveiled a new smartphone: the CAMON 15 series to its global audience in its first online product launch in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) since the Covid-19 lockdown took effect.
As expected, the new CAMON 15 series did not disappoint. Staying true to its tradition, the new smartphone comes equipped with a 48MP SONY camera and trademarked TAIVOS™ technology, which enables up to 15-frame synth with an imaging time of just 4.68 seconds.

Feature-packed phone
In the 30-minute live stream launch watched by thousands of people, TECNO unveiled the CAMON 15 Pro, which boasts a 32MP Clear Lens front camera that “POPs-UP” from the body. The selfie camera also features newly upgraded facial algorithms and a new HDR with built-in natural beauty effects, saving your time for more retouch. It also has a smart anti-fall reaction and a strong resistance to magnetic interference.
Its 48MP, 8x zoom main camera is equipped with TECNO’s signature Ultra Clear Shot, Ultra Night Shot, Super HDR, and AI Scene Detection features, which creates super high-resolution photography and compensates for changing light conditions. It also has a large ½-inch sensor recognizes and captures more light.
The new CAMON 15 also features the TECNO AI Vision Optimization Solution (TAVIOS™) that enables up to 15-frame synth with an imaging time of just 4.68 seconds -- most other smartphones only achieve this in 5.5 seconds or maybe even 7 seconds.
This technology is ideal for night photography since the TAIVOS™ feature is able to filter out image noise and optimize image clarity to deliver clear, balanced, vivid photographs even in low- to lower-light conditions.
Some of its key features include the 6.6" Perfect Fullview, which provides a wider, clearer, and more colorful visual experience and a 5MP Super Wide angle secondary 115-degree camera, which distortion-eliminating close-up shots. Its 91.2% super screen ratio also gives users a truly boundless screen.The CAMON 15 Pro also comes packed with AI Detection, AI Light Recognition, AI Image Stabilization, and AI Image Processing, which enhance the user’s photographic experience. It also has short video recording capability that supports wide-angle recording.Other notable features also include the CAMON 15 Pro’s Beautification 3.0, which, with the help of beauty enhancement algorithm, can recognizes a total of 18 unique structural elements in human faces, using 3D stereoscopic beautification and smart tone enhancement to help highlight natural features.To stimulate interesting and fun social interactions, the new CAMON 15 Pro also come with an additional 12 AR Stickers and four unique AR Manchester City Football Club Emoji figures of as gifts for users.The CAMON 15 Pro, which is already available in the UAE, comes with 128GB ROM and 6GB RAM for a stable and highly efficient performance.
