As of November 9, 2007, Arabian Apex Advertising LLC changed hands and officially became a division of Sign Works LLC, under the umbrella of the Al Bwardy Investment Group, as the local holding company.
Sajjad A. Mamdani (Sage), the Vice President of Marketing said: "This takeover has allowed Sign Works to diversify and expand its horizons in Dubai and across the Middle East within a short time."
