From January 24 – 27, Dubai will host two of the most important healthcare trade shows of the entire region with Arab Health and Medlab Middle East being co-located at Dubai World Trade Center. Siemens Healthineers will display and demonstrate their latest products and solutions to visitors, both onsite and virtually in a hybrid exhibition approach, allowing them to reconnect with visitors at the venue, as well as virtually with the audience not able to attend in person.
Ole Per Maloy, Managing Director, Siemens Healthineers Middle East and Southern & Eastern Africa, said: “The entire team and I look forward to meeting our valued customers, business partners and visitors on our booths to guide them through the latest upgrades of our portfolio. We will also have our colleagues from Varian joining us on the show floor, to discuss news and updates in oncology and cancer treatment. According to our corporate purpose and New Ambition “We pioneer breakthroughs in healthcare. For everyone. Everywhere.” We want to use our innovation potential to transform the way healthcare works and provide access to high quality healthcare where it does not exist yet. To achieve this, we offer more flexible and tailored imaging solutions, smart remote services and optimized, AI driven workflow automations, decreasing diagnosis time and costs.”
At the Siemens stand at Arab Health 2022 in Sheikh Saeed Hall 1, Booth S1.D10, the focus will be on the latest innovations and solutions transforming healthcare in Medical Imaging, AI and Robotics.
For example, visitors will get to examine the MAGNETOM Free.Max MR scanner, the world's first 80cm wide-bore system, which improves patient experience by aiding MR scanning for obese and claustrophobic people. The SOMATOM suite of products on show include the patient-friendly ultra-low dose Computed Tomography scanners SOMATOM X.cite and SOMATOM X.ceed models offering the highest levels of patient comfort. On the show floor, the audience will be able to have a closer look at Siemens Healthineers’ Ultrasound ACUSON, all of which address current industry challenges by reducing repeat scans and sonographer injuries while improving diagnostic confidence.
Siemens Healthineers will also provide visitors with a detailed look into AI-powered augmented workflow solution, AI-Rad Companion. This cloud-based solution helps to not only reduce the burden of basic repetitive tasks and high case volumes, but increase diagnostic precision when interpreting medical images as well. In addition, representatives from Varian will share with visitors their vision of a world without fear of cancer and how intelligent cancer care will shape the future of oncology.
There will also be a demonstration on how Robotic technology is transforming healthcare with the Corindus CorPath GRX Robotic PCI system, and show how interventional cardiology physicians use joysticks and touchscreen controls to translate their hand movements into device control.
Medlab Middle East 2022 is going to be the largest edition so far in terms of exhibitor numbers and exhibition space and a milestone for the future of laboratory diagnostics and point-of-care solutions in the region, especially in the light of the ongoing pandemic and the lessons learnt for the industry. The focus for Siemens Healthineers at booth Z4.E10 will be on key components to enhance flexibility, automation and to redefine standardization across laboratories of all sizes. Driven by the company’s New Ambition, visitors will be provided with mutliple product launches for the region.
The latest addition to Siemens Healthineers’ Atellica® Hematology Portfolio pairs automation, intelligence, and extended parameters to streamline operations and support accurate clinical decision-making. Their global experts will demonstrate how to advance multidisciplinary workflows in labs with limited space with the Atellica® Task Targeted Automation system.
With Atellica® Integrated Automation (AIA), visitors will experience a consolidated, revolutionary sample management technology, intelligent software, and IT to provide workflow efficiency with the flexibility to add decapping with little or no additional footprint.
For their Point-of-Care portfolio, the focus will not only be on the latest IT solutions, but also on innovations in the palm of your hand. Flexible analzyers as handheld devices like the EPOC® NEXS Blood Analysis System are going to be launched and demonstrated at the booth, as well as the diabetes analyser Atellica® DCA, proving performance and precision needed to improve outcomes. Also presented to the audience will be the Atellica® VTLi Patient-side Immunoassay Analyzer, providing high-sensitivity troponin testing at the point of care with accurate results in just 8 minutes.
