Saraya will exhibit a model of its leading project "Saraya Aqaba", located in Aqaba, Jordan.

Saraya Holdings seeks to support the economic growth of the countries it invests in by developing projects that maximize shareholder value and contribute to local communities' sustainable development. Through it's investment subsidiaries, Saraya Holdings has invested in the 'Saraya Aqaba' project which is being currently implemented in Jordan; a US$955.7 million beachfront travel destination on the Red Sea built around a man-made lagoon, spanning approximately 617,000 square meter, adding approximately 1.5km of beachfront in the heart of Aqaba. Saraya also is planning for another project in Jordan, 'Saraya Dead Sea', located 65km West of Amman and 400 meters below sea level.
Saraya expanded its projects reaching the UAE with its ' Saraya Islands' in Ras Al Khaimah. Furthermore, Saraya had added another stop to its journey of development in the Arab Gulf countries by announcing 'Saraya Bandar Jissah' in Muscat in 2006 in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism in Oman.
PropertyLink exhibition is a premium international platform for the property & real estate industries. The exhibition's main objective is to allow sectors to network with home buyers and corporate investors in one of the most promising property markets of the region.
