At Gitex 2007, SANYO will display its range of products, which include powerful multimedia projectors and monitors, top-of-the-range digital cameras and innovative rechargeable batteries along with a host of additional solutions and peripherals.
The all-new Xacti VPC-CA65 is the world's first waterproof pocket-sized movie camera; a digital camcorder specifically designed for underwater photography and videography. The digital movie camera is enveloped in a waterproof material and can operate at depths of up to 1.5metres. The SANYO Xacti HD2 follows up the innovative HD1 model. This latest design is capable of taking up to 3 hours of HD (720p) footage on a single 8GB Secure Digital memory card. SANYO will reveal their latest all-new Xacti HD 1000 camera at Gitex.
SANYO, through expanding its mid-range projector line-up will be able to provide new and exciting solutions for offices, digital signage (electronic advertising), and large presentation meetings. SANYO launched one of the most significant breakthroughs in its LCD projector series - PLC-XL50 projector with record 3-inch throw, a 1024x768 image cast at 2,000 lumen brightness at a full 16.7 million colors. SANYO has rolled out its most innovative PLC-XF47 LCD projector which can pump over 15,000 lumens while displaying a picture within a 15 meter radius. The projector has been named as the "brightest LCD projector" in the world. SANYO's new high brightness optical engine, the PLC-XP100L projector is capable of an impressive 6,500 lumens with only a single lamp. Additionally, the projector houses an on-board active maintenance filter system, which improves durability and ease-of-maintenance, perfect for the large meeting rooms/meeting hall, digital signage, seminar and business presentation, and education market segments.
The new SANYO 42V Weatherproof LCD Monitor is fully water proof, which can resist at least 65 gallons of water, is an ideal companion for outdoor activities. SANYO has used its unique technical expertise in creating a light-weight aluminum framed LCD monitor, which is protected by anti-reflected tamper glass. SANYO weatherproof monitor can be used in a wide variety of environments due to it being fully approved IP56 weather-resistant. The monitor makes the ideal display for digital signage and public displays.
