Recently, Sadia participated as a Platinum Sponsor at the 4th East Coast Open International Culinary Competition organized by Miramar Al Aqah Beach Resort & East Coast Chefs Under the Advice & Guidance of Emirates Culinary Guild.

Held on the 8th & 9th of June 2015 at Miramar Al Aqah Beach Resort, Sadia took up this opportunity to strengthen and add value to the hospitality sector by participating in the event attended by Top Hoteliers, F&B Specialists and Guests from across the UAE. Sadia has always been a strong believer in building lasting relationships with its business partners. Hence, the brand was happy to sponsor the event and take part in the annual competition.

The event was participated by 33 hotels with teams from all around the world, such as Croatia, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Morocco, Oman, and Australia & Sri Lanka to name a few. A total of 263 competitors, with 23 Judges locally & internationally, and 23 Marshals from top hotels in the region.

It was an epic celebration of the best of culinary techniques, flavors and products. Sadia products are built with high-level nutritional value, ensuring the consumers enjoy a hearty & healthy meal.

At the end of the competition, Radisson Blu Hotel Dubai took home the Grand Slam Championship Trophy winning the majority of competition categories such as Best Three Plated Dessert International Trophy, Best Three Plated Dessert Arabic Trophy, Best Gastronomist Trophy and Best Pastry Chef Trophy totaling 11 Gold, 7 Silver and 7 Bronze awards.

The culinary meet was an occasion not to be missed by Hoteliers, as experts, decision-makers, chefs and other F & B specialists gathered to celebrate the best of food on that day. It paved the path for Sadia to showcase its products and to position the brand as a favorite among people at large.

In the past months, Sadia has always been supportive towards other culinary activities. To name a few, recently, Sadia organized 2 Junior Star Chef competitions held in Dubai's Marina Mall and Arabian center and Cooking Competitions held in Abu Dhabi's Dalma Mall, Ansar Gallery in Karama and Ansar Mall in Sharjah. Sadia also strengthens its community engagements by conducting numerous cooking shows in Remraam, Motor City, Mirdiff, DIP and Al Khail Gate.
