The new generation LNG carriers are also the largest and most advanced in the world. Qatargas 2 is the largest and most technologically advanced LNG project to be ever executed.

The exhibition has already attracted thousands of visitors.  In addition to the general public, students from various schools and colleges in Doha have been invited to visit the exhibition.

On 2nd April, a special tour of the exhibition was arranged for the latest batch of Qatargas' young national recruits.  They were among the candidates who were hired by the Company at the Qatargas career fair held on 7th March. The purpose of the visit was to familiarize the fresh recruits with Qatargas 2, the world's first fully integrated value chain LNG project.

It involves the development of two world-class LNG trains, three storage tanks, power utilities and water injection systems, and a fleet of 14 state of the art liquefied natural gas tankers. The $13 billion investment in this project will bring prosperity to the country and its citizens for many years to come.
