Dubai, United Arab Emirates: Petrochemical Marketing Company (PMC) and Rakha Al Khaleej International L.L.C. (RAI) Announced today in Dubai at the 7th occasion of the Gulf Petrochemical and Chemical Forum that is being held in Dubai from 27 to 29 November 2012 and organized by the Gulf Petrochemical and Chemicals Association (GPCA) the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding to formalize their relationship and cooperation, and to collaborate in promoting and expanding the distribution and trading of plastic resins in the GCC region and internationally. The anticipated new partnership will jointly develop a vision and execution path to expand and to extend their current areas of operations towards a wider product range and geographical reach. If required, the partners will adapt their organizational structures to achieve their aims.
This strategic alliance between the two companies will combine the strength of two companies for the creation of a world class GCC petrochemical distribution and trading company that can provide GCC producers with same quality and services that is provided by the big international distributers and traders.
The chairman of (PMC) Mr. Abdullah Nojaidi who signed the MoU on behalf of (PMC) said that (PMC) is looking forward for such cooperation to extend its reach; especially that it has long relationship with the senior management of (RAI).
The chairman of (RAI) Mr. Said Al Naqeeb who signed the MoU on behalf of (RAI) said that he is pleased with such new relationship with (PMC) that will strengthen both companies by combining the wealth of experience and knowledge of both companies.
