Oracle Human Resources Management System (HRMS) empowers businesses with tools to find, extract, and analyze data related to human capital. This Oracle HR intelligence readies the organisation to rapidly deploy the best resources for maximum employee productivity, satisfaction, and retention.

The new localization features provide closer compliance with the Saudi regulation in capturing complete data about candidates and employees, which includes personal details, religion, Saudi address style, disability and work incidents details, nationality and nationality groups, previous employment history as well as contract information.
