Monthly Management meeting presents company's achievements
Kuwait City, Kuwait: Ooredoo Kuwait, a member of the international Ooredoo Group, has recently conducted its monthly management meeting at SIRBB Circuit in Kuwait City, at which the company's Chief Operations Officer presented the Ooredoo's major operational achievements and accomplishments in the last month.
The meeting was attended by chiefs, senior directors and departments' heads, who shared their success stories, presented their upcoming plans, raised issues and challenges, brain stormed ideas and came up with their strategic goals going forward, in addition to a group exercise were all participants went through the full race experience.
Commenting on the meeting, Hani El-Kukhun, Chief Operations Officer said: "Our management meetings are usually dynamic and productive but we also try to make them enjoyable too. As a company we believe in the importance of developing an environment that encourages teamwork, open communication, and bonding as crucial factors for our business success"
Ooredoo conducts monthly meetings to help the management team to stay in regular contact with each other and gain a complete understanding of Ooredoo's progress towards its strategic goals. The meetings are also beneficial in further enhancing Ooredoo's market position and helping it to increase its customer base through the development coordination and agreement of shorter-term action plans.
