The leading Portuguese aviation group, OMNI Aviation, continues to expand its activities in the Middle East and in Africa, attending the Libyan aviation exhibition LAVEX, from 5-8 October 2009 in Tripoli as the only European aircraft operator.
"Our goal is to open up new markets in Africa and the Middle East and to meet increased demand from these regions for wide-body aircraft and helicopters" says the CCO Stefan Buschle. "Decision-makers from the oil and energy sector in particular, as well as international corporate clients, have a need for greater flexibility in terms of time and destinations as a result of the economic upturn and ensuring international business activities. With our fleet structure we can satisfy this demand on all levels", continues Buschle.
OMNI Aviation is characterized by its many years of experience in oil and gas offshore operations and its air taxi services with a fleet of 25 helicopters. It also operates an extensive fleet of executive and commercial aircraft: 3 Airbus 319CJ, 5 Falcon 900B/EX, 1 Challenger 300, 4 Falcon 50 EX, 2 Falcon 100/20, 6 Learjets 31/40/45, 3 Airbus 310, 1 Airbus 320, 3 Let 410, 2 Beechcraft 1900D and 1 Beechcraft 200.
