Muscat: Nissan Oman from the house of Suhail Bahwan Automobiles (SBA) has launched a video call service which enables its customers to communicate with the brand’s sales consultants from the comfort of their homes.
Using the link https://en.nissanoman.com/services/video-service.html provided in the Nissan Oman website, prospective or current customers can book a video call after filling in details in the form provided. The details to be filled in includes preferred model, city, title, first name, last name, email and mobile no.
Once the details are received, Nissan Oman will arrange a convenient time for the customers to receive a video call back.
A senior official of Nissan Oman said, “Whether a customer needs a quote for a vehicle they are interested in or want details about a Nissan model, they will receive an interactive video call from one of our sales consultants at a showroom they have booked the service from. At Nissan Oman, the safety of the community and employees is always our highest priority. We have implemented several proactive actions aimed to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 and are taking measures to help ensure a safe environment. The video call service offers customers the convenience of calling from the comfort of their homes.”
Book a Home Test Drive
Nissan Oman is extending a ‘book a home test drive’ service for its prospective customers. The service enables potential customers to schedule their test drive online as per their convenience. A home test drive can be booked simply by logging on to the official SBA Nissan Oman website on the link https://en.nissanoman.com/services/book-home-test-drive.html or through customer service toll free number 80050011.
