Developer's first project completes phase 1 of construction on schedule
Dubai, UAE. February 8th 2015: Ibrahim Al Ghurair, the founder of pioneering real estate developer Muraba, is on track with his first development, Muraba Residences Palm Jumeirah and has confirmed that the first phase of construction is complete.
"It is important to us at Muraba that we deliver our first project on time so that we are able to handover to buyers from April 2016 as agreed. To that end, we have put in place key measures to ensure this happens in a systematic way and sought to avoid the pitfalls that cause other projects to be delayed," stated Mr Al Ghurair.

One of the core principles of Muraba is that we must complete design, including the creation cycle of a mock-up unit to validate the design, so that when we go into to construction, the build is not only what we promised; but that we also don't hold the contractor back by changing our minds.

Conceptualised by world-renowned RCR Arquitectes, the high-end, low density apartment building will comprise 46 apartments and 4 penthouses with each living space orientated to make the most of the panoramic view across the sea to Dubai's city skyline.
Mr Al Ghurair added; "The building is aligned not only by its physical location with the rising and the setting of the sun, but also with a certain kind of mind-set; one that would be appreciative of a more sophisticated architectural philosophy, as well as keen attention to detail.
