Bayut, the region’s leading property portal, has launched its latest feature called Map View on both desktop and mobile, allowing users to search, filter and view available properties in the UAE, on an interactive map.

Bayut’s latest launch is in line with the brand’s commitment towards delivering a seamless property search experience for users. The company’s sophisticated and responsive products have always been designed to add value for end-users and clients while simultaneously elevating the standards of the real estate market in the UAE.

Bayut’s new feature follows its successful launch of the standardized 2D and 3D floor plans, which provide users with a bird’s eye view of the layout of different properties in the UAE.

One of the most important factors that contribute to the decision-making process when buying or renting in the UAE, is the location of the property with respect to schools, workplaces, metro stations, parks, and other noteworthy areas based on personal preference.

Users browsing properties listed for sale or rent on Bayut will now easily be able to switch to Map View, allowing them to locate residential and commercial properties in their desired areas on an interactive map, based on their interests. Map View also enables people to filter listings by purpose, price, property type and the number of bedrooms.

Real estate agencies will also be able to benefit from the new feature by having an increased number of well-informed leads, who have a better perspective on the location of properties and amenities nearby. The feature will also help agencies gain more exposure to potential customers, by allowing end-users to discover and interact with available properties in locations they may not have considered previously.

The team at Bayut has confirmed that this is the first of many new innovative features that the company plans to launch in the near future. The real estate industry and property seekers from around the country are already waiting to hear more about the exclusive new products that Bayut plans to unveil at the second edition of the groundbreaking B3DXB event in 2020!

Commenting on the launch of Map View, Haider Ali Khan, CEO at Bayut said: “As a data-driven company with our focus on creating the most comprehensive solutions for clients and users, we are aware of the increasing volume of property seekers who are on the lookout for virtual solutions on the go. Being the region’s market leaders in the property classifieds vertical, we consider it our responsibility to consistently enhance and simplify property search in the UAE with integrated experiences that utilise the latest technology. With Map View, we have taken yet another step to empower our users and give them the necessary tools to make well-researched decisions about the homes they choose.”
